Lawyer in the field of Administrative Law. He has obtained a Ph.D. in Regional and Local Authorities at the Università Politecnica delle Marche. He has been lecturer of Economic Law and of Public Procurement and Construction Law. He has authored publications in the field of public and administrative law with focus on local banking, public contracts, credit rating agencies, renewable energies and planning law.
